Our CASA Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC) course will provide you with the skills to operate an aeronautical VHF radio within the aviation environment from controlled aerodromes and restricted airspace to uncontrolled aerodromes.
This qualification is not only for Unmanned aircraft pilots! This can be used in a variety of aviation roles from Aerodrome Reporting Officers, Air Traffic Controllers, Ground Handlers, and so on.
Throughout this course you will study the phonetic alphabet, normal and emergency radio procedures, and radio wave theory to name a few, you will also complete the General English Language Proficiency (GELP) assessment.
