How do I login to start my training?

What if I’ve forgotten my details?

If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow the prompts on the login page and the prompts on the follow up email. If you continue to have issues please get in touch at [email protected]

What if i still can’t login?

Not a problem at all, if you still are having trouble logging in, we’re here to help. Contact us at 1300 886 532 within 9-5 Queensland time.

I’ve logged in, why can’t I see any courses?

One of our Academy Instructors will assign courses to you upon your registration or enrolment. This will often take a few days.

How do I contact my trainer for questions in regards to course content?

Your initial email contact will be from your assigned course trainer and they prefer to be contacted via email. Please track down this information if possible and a final resort, you can email us at [email protected]

There’s a technical issue in completing my course, how do I get help?

If your issue is not related to logging in or getting access to your courses, please contact us via email and provide screenshots or your issue if possible. We will do our best to ensure you are able to complete your training in a timely fashion. Email us at suppor[email protected]

I completed training in the past, how can I access copies of my certificates?

We haven’t created a database of previous students online, and if you have completed courses before Q3 2020, you won’t have access to our online training facilities. Please reach out directly to us.
